Terms and Conditions

Bookings become confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit. If you make an unconfirmed booking and someone else wishes to book the house, you will be given the chance to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 7 days prior to your stay to receive access details. Breakages and damages will be charged at replacement cost to the person making the booking. Our holiday home is for the enjoyment of paying guests only. No parties please. Sorry, no pets. No smoking.

Check In / Out

Check in time is 1pm and checkout time is midday. If you require an earlier check in or later check out please let us know.
We will try to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide not to stay with us, it is important that you cancel as early as you can. Cancellations made at least one month before arrival date will receive a full refund. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, and, in the event that we are unable to replace a booking, the following applies;
     •   Less than 30 days notice but more than 7 days notice of cancellation, 50% of the booking is refunded.
     •   No refunds will be given to cancellations within 7 days of arrival date.
